All things being equal, people will do business with and refer business to those people they know, like and trust. Now if your are the boss/ manager/ supervisor etc.. or even in your own life or family could you share and describe your leadership.

i am a tough leader with heart but I expect my subordinates to be as hardworking as I am too.  I want my people to share my passion in whatever endeavour I undertake.

I guess I'm like Ate Ging. Very strict jud ko when it comes to work and running lab protocol with my students. In order to be a good leader, you need to separate the work place from personal life. You make gains faster that way

i never was a leader kay talawan man lagi ko, i was always a very helpful subordinate...

but i noticed my banana, he always applied his professionalism into his work, he work harder than his people thus he said they would copy it...

There is nothing wrong with that, 'te. The way I see things--we all function as a group, diba? Everyone has a particular role/job that benefits the entire group/company/staff/class etc.

Everyone counts. Everyone is a significant team member. The leader is merely another member, who just helps keep things smooth and on the pace.

There is no I in Team. Mao na ahong motto.

Same Dong!  When I work, I work and really no play!  But after work, that's when I play and play and laugh a lot!  I delegate work and when one accepts the job, I expect it should be done the best way if not perfectly.  If it can't be done, I'd rather na sultihan ko than give me a sub-standard work.  But I am gracious and not stingy in giving credit and appreciation to a work done well.  I also help man pod and I am not one of those leaders na mga subordinates lang ipa trabaho.  I work with my subordinates.  If they are not sleeping to finish work, I am not sleeping too and I help.

You know tho 'te, one thing that I have to say about being strict in the work place--it is easy to make enemies that way. From personal experience, I have clashed heads with other student researchers because of my 'by the book' standards. Student researchers who do not follow regulation standards, ha, are jeopardizing the work and sweat perspired by many for the sake of their own selves. Mao nao--I am not hesitant to report this kind of activity to the head research--because our work and professionalism is a representation of our character. We must uphold our morals and our ethics, if we are to retain some kind of respect for ourselves---and receive respect in turn. I may clash heads with some fellow research assistants in work, but I would rather have that and do the right thing--as is expected of me as a scientist and as a student. Than be popular and completely inadequate and subpar in the work.

Okey ug mo talk talk--party party sa outside and after work, pero when it is time to do the job. Go head on. Diba?
