Worry a little bit every day and in a lifetime you will lose a couple of years. If something is wrong, fix it if you can. But train yourself not to worry. Worry never fixes anything.

-Mary Hemingway
Romans 10:9
"That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved."

I already landed in the hospital due to worrying.  I tried to practice not worrying so much but this is harder than I thought.  Btw, is it our brain that's making us worry or our heart?

If I started to worry things which left undone and normally be fixed earlier, i would just make my day so stressful and a hectic rush to

perform those is a crazy way which  affected the peace of the Family day.

If we will keep on worrying things, we will just stressing ourselves.

Pero dili mana ma-avoid ang worries oi, labi na kung a member of the family is not feeling well.
