Try to go through life a little bit hungry. You never know when you'll meet someone edible.

- T.J. Bass, Half Past Human (1970)
Romans 10:9
"That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you shall be saved."

This reminds me of that great speech by Steve Jobs...

'stay hungry, stay foolish'

If you're going through hell...keep on going...

I like this quote, Mike. :)

'Dissected' brings back memories of a paralized frog and the aromatic smell of chloroform...

Ate, you know you are still very very young! Have you considered applying and going to med school now? I know that you're an intelligent pharmacist, and im sure the people and coworkers love you--you have good people-to-people skills. Dili pa man na too late for you, Ate. In fact, I have a friend who is a freshman in medical school (he attends St. Eustatius) who is 32 years old--and earned his MBA from Rutgers University--and for a while worked as a financial analyst for Prudential Life (the guy was enjoying a 6 figure salary before he applied for medical school). But it was his inner calling. And he's pursuing it.

Have you thought about it, 'te?

Hehehe!

Haven't thought about it pa, dong...

but we never know...

we'll see

*wink*

PS. If I do decide to do that, dong...I think I'll enjoy dealing with dead people than live ones...my dream job would be an M.E. sa CSI Las Vegas or New York (I don't like Miami)...ambisyosa ko noh?  ;)

Really? That is a different realm of medical science that has never really crossed my mind. That requires strong senses, and a focused mind---considering the realities of fatalities.

Thanks for the vid, dong. I enjoyed watching it. It sounds macabre, but the human body is so fascinating...

you just wonder how all those parts gel together and function as a whole,

God is truly the greatest creator, the one and only creator of all things...

Yea did you see the part where he takes the silicone implants from the anterior thoracic subcutaneous fat of the female patient? That was so awesome. Di pood ko gusto mo proceed ana uy--kai it almost seems like butchery pood na--for me that is. More power to M.Es and all the pathologists out there. It takes a lot of strength (moral and physical) to go into that kind of medical specialty. Pero it is very noble jud, 'te no?

Imagine---they are the ones that determine the cause of death. And bring some kind of closure to the families.

Remark: Yes. He is definitely the master craftsman.
