Citi celebrates the opening of the YWCA Residence for Women, the only permanent supportive housing residence for women in Westchester County, New York. Developed by Jonathan Rose Companies, Citi Community Capital provided construction financing and low income housing tax credit equity to the project. The energy efficiency improvements and a comprehensive ongoing energy saving plan were key components of the effort providing much needed additional resources to serve the tenants and the community.
