For me, personally, I found TB at just the right time, when I was going through a difficult time in my life. And the genuine friendships I've formed with some wonderful members have been great blessings. Nagpasalamat gyud ko ni Mike for this site.

Tubag Bohol has taught and showed me the beauty of the Bol-anon Culture, and most of all, the splendid character of the Filipino. Each and everyone's personal stories in the Philippines and abroad has truly touched me, and inspired me to work harder and cherishing my roots.

Secondly, the good friends that I have been honored to make acquaintance through this web forum. And you guys know who you are. Tubag Bohol has truly influenced me to reconnect with my Boholano roots, and its rather humbling to know that though we are all so dispersed, the innate longing within our hearts for our childhood friends, family, and neighbors remain unchanged. I am proud and honored to call myself your brother, a fellow Bol-anon.

For me i gained new friends  and i enjoy being able to keep up on current event in Bohol. This is very important to me because I live so
far away from my homeland, and i am able to express myself with fellow TB members. Talking to TB members makes me feel closer to home and not so lonely especially when you live in such a cold and depressing place like Alaska.( brrrrrrr....)Thank you Mike for designing this website.

First of the hundreds of things that I wish to thank to my loved ones in Tubag Bohol is your presence.
In the beginning, I was all alone here. Now, I'm no longer alone; I'm no longer alone in reconnecting myself to our beloved province and its lovely people.

This site was built out of loneliness. It was my first time to travel abroad. To live in Thailand was a complete change of environment. They call it culture shock. Then the Lord God gave me an idea to explore into the richness of the Internet so that I can find my way back home.

Had I known that this site would grow this huge, I would have bought a separate domain for tubagbohol without my name. tubagbohol is a subdomain of mikeligalig.com, my personal website. My name should not be here in the first place. I had no idea that an experimental web effort would turn out to be a big network of soulmates.

I was not anticipating of the site's bright future: all I did was just gathering news and facts that appear important to me and useful to those who may visit the site. And suddenly the site was visited by many strangers who are now darling friends of mine - and your sweet friends, too.

This is purely an experimental journey in the web universe, a journey that has led me to many worlds of beautiful friendships.
