Republic Act 8485 (Animal Welfare Act of 1998, Philippines), as amended and strengthened by House  Bill 6893 of 2013--- violation means a maximum of P250,000 fine with a corresponding three-year jail term and a minimum of P30,000 fine and six months imprisonment

If you are a real gentleman, if you are driving with your girl friend and she farts and you smell it, instead of making a big fuss, just close the windows and breath it in to show her you don't care how her farts smell. Trust me, it will show to her how much you love her. ;)

When my Lola Nating was alive, when she was hospitalized in Chong Hua Hospital in Cebu, my Lolo Ciano was by her side. Lola was a very emotional woman and she saw that her husband (si lolo) was worried about her. So Lola tried joking around with him. ha haha.
Ning ingon si Lola ni Lolo, "Hoy...Ciano, ug pinangga gajod ko nimo, imna ahong laway...." Ning ingon si Lolo balik, "Sabah Dinha, Nating!"

Even to this day he still misses her. When I went back home to Bohol in 2010, Lolo still wears his wedding ring. Lola has been gone now since 1998.

One time I asked Lolo, "Lolo, do you ever miss Lola Nating?"

Lolo looked at me , smiled, rubbed his wedding ring, and said to me, "Kanunay, Ondoy. I always think about your Lola everyday...."
