G-Hernandez Mayor Myrna Scheurs facing illegal dismissal complaint

G-Hernandez Mayor Myrna Scheurs chose to keep mum on allegations made by her former employee arising from an illegal dismissal suit.

One of the most explosive revelations made by Arlene Sayson, a former employee of the G-Hernandez mayor was the allegation that she was used as dummy in several interrelated business establishments owned by the town executive.

In a three-page Vehement Opposition to Admission of and or to Strike Out Complainant's August 28, 2007 Position Paper Sent thru the Mails on August 31, 2007, Mayor Scheurs, thru counsel lawyer Rodulfo Acido, instead of commenting on the illegal dismissal case chose to delve on technicalities.

In the same document, the G-Hernandez mayor questioned the substitution of counsel in the labor case filed before the office of the National Labor Relations Commission.

Im not from g-hernandez but personally knew myrna, wim and the girls as a family friend even before she became mayor of the town. They have big hearts for their employees and care for them as of their own. Since im now living in australia for few years it's hard to comment, kinahanglan pamation both sides. Myrna has done a lot for this town and tried her best. More power to you myrn!
