Safari 3.0 unable to function

I am suffering with some weird problem about the safari browser. As I am using the Safari 3.0 browser from last one year but me never had this kind of the problem. The problem is that when I try to open my Safari it shows me the error that Safari has stopped working. As after click on ok I again try to start it but it shows only blank screen and nothing happened further that. So I decided to reinstall it in my PC but the problem remains same. Then I have reinstalled my whole operating system in my PC and then also have uninstalled Apple Software Support. Then just install the safari in it but the problem continues; so can you please help me to solve this problem. Any help will be appreciated.

I  think you must reinstall safari browser and it may solve your problem.
