I also love escabeche ! My dad knows how to make this really good. Lami kaayo....

This video is not much escabeche (home-made sweet and sour) than kinamatisan (tagalog's salciado, i.e., with scrambled eggs). I think my mom made some adaptation whenever she cooked for us when we were kids... labi na kay 10 mi kabuok mga anak, mas daghan ug sabaw hehehe.
