LTO Jagna has Joel Maloloy-on

Finally, the people found the man for the Land Transportation Office here.
Since the LTO opens here few years ago, it has passed through many hands which all failed in the public's gross assessment.          

Its operation had been passed on from one chief to the next.

After two leaders either relieved or reassigned to other stations, the public, finally got satisfied with the service of Joel Maloloy-on who came from the regional office.

Maloloy-on has been LTO chief here for only few months.

He has established rapport with clients and the local government unit (LGU) headed by Mayor Exuperio Lloren.

This, as the municipal administration highly considers inter-agency linkage and team-work.
