Persistent re-experiencing of a previous traumatic event. May involve nightmares or flashbacks, intense fear, helplessness, or horror. Leads to avoidance of stimuli associated with the trauma and persistently increased arousal.

1. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy / Psychoanalysis

2. SSRI
