Nag-decide ang ahong BF na mag re-vamp sa among room. I wen't for the pseudo Zen look and of course, George has a new home and he fits right in!!!
For all of you who have yet to meet George, he is my Bamboo-American friend. He likes to go on long car rides and he is a big smash in the local social scene diri sa Landstuhl,  .

Hippie, is George already of age?    The last time I saw him he was still a minor.  I hope you haven't been exposing him to bad influences, he's very impressionable, you know.

George has grown. Dili na siya bata. I don't need a booster seat for him in the car anymore  . My baby is growing up. To answer you Sigbin, I don't think that they will allow me to take George on the plane and into the US. Bummer. He seems ready though, I raised him well.

Could Hippie be in Iraq right now? Dogding bullets with George cradled in her arm?

Explosions sprayed dust into the air as shrapnels zinged everywhere. She ran for cover behind an upturned Humvee, pressing down her helmet as she dove to the sandy ground. She scanned around and saw two marines of her patrol sprawled lifeless. She tightened her grip on her M-16 and laid down George and she prepared to return fire. Then the thought of home crossed her mind and a feeling of calmness overcame her as she recalled the sleepless nights with Tubag Bohol.

Hippie is safe again in the U.S. of A.  She's been reassigned, yet again, to Washington.  As for the fate of George, there is still no news.  We can only hope that he is doing well now.  Perhaps he's involved with a Bamboo-German fortune plant.
