What is in a name? According to the University of California in San Diego, a longer life! People with initials that double as “negative” words (like D.U.D., I.L.L., or D.E.D., for example) can expect to see a decrease in life-expectancy by as much as three years! Those with initials that double as “positive” words (like W.O.W. or J.O.Y.) can live almost 4.5 years longer than the average life-expectancy! No one is sure why this is the case, however. The only known way to confront this issue is to change your name! -- http://listverse.com/

what a silly claim.  besides, it's limited to the english language.  what if I.L.L. means the opposite in some other language?  i wonder what the life expectancy is of someone with the initial of A.S.S.? ;D
Republic Act 8485 (Animal Welfare Act of 1998, Philippines), as amended and strengthened by House  Bill 6893 of 2013--- violation means a maximum of P250,000 fine with a corresponding three-year jail term and a minimum of P30,000 fine and six months imprisonment
