Congratulations are also due for Eleazar Tutor Acampado for garnering the Third Prize in Cebuano short story in the Gawad Komisyon 2007 and for taking home the Unang Pinasidunggan for Cebuano poetry in the same competition!  :D  His works are posted in the Bisayan Writings thread by bisayantek.  :)
