that's him, andre rieu, the dutch violinist, conductor and composer.  saw him perform live once, in germany.  whew!  (his hairstyle's like that of the banana republic before, when he let down his hair instead of tying it into a ponytail.) ;D

Republic Act 8485 (Animal Welfare Act of 1998, Philippines), as amended and strengthened by House  Bill 6893 of 2013--- violation means a maximum of P250,000 fine with a corresponding three-year jail term and a minimum of P30,000 fine and six months imprisonment

Isles, im an avid fan of Rieu. I saw one of his performances during a trip to East Prussia (Kaliningrad) several years ago. Beautiful.

i didn't know he had performed in that part of russia.  when was this?
