Ipod Touch 4th GEN..Or...Nintendo 3DS?

[doll]

I am buying a new system here soon and i thought at first i was going to buy the 3DS, but then i got to thinking. I have a youtube account with over 8k hits and i want a HD Camera on the go, but i also really have wanted the 3DS for gaming for awhile. I want both but can only have one....Could you please tell me which one is better. (I dont want a personal opinion, i want the facts stated for best answer.)
