Republic Act 8485 (Animal Welfare Act of 1998, Philippines), as amended and strengthened by House  Bill 6893 of 2013--- violation means a maximum of P250,000 fine with a corresponding three-year jail term and a minimum of P30,000 fine and six months imprisonment

la paz batchoy is truly slurp.  you know why this is terrific?  aside from the lengthy slow boiling of three kinds of meat (poulty, pork, beef) and bones, the innards that are added are cut with scissors, and very often the fingernails of the chef who cuts these are included in the mix. ;D

hehe, this here chef is somewhat more charitable.  she lets go of her fingers as well. ;D

yes!  molo soup is just as swell.  and real filling.  what i woul give to have a piping hot molo soup right now, ahora mismo...

he he, best served warm. the ones in Santa Barbara, Iloilo are to die for.

ha ha ha. ang paborito nako sa bohol ay kanang sabao nga naay baka; oxtail soup. tinuod bitaw -- ang BOL-ANON hilig ug sabao. :)
