For me, it's been quite a while since I had this.

When I went back to Bohol this July, they had a fair in ICM and had goods/ pastries from Ilo-Ilo.
The things that I enjoyed from the Ilo-Ilo presentation were their:

1. Lengua de Gato
2. Pastilla con Leche

    until I saw the pictures,, pastry shaped like a tongue, 
    wala ko kasuway ana but I'm sure  it's good.
