Not of this world, but on He whose Glory is Everlasting

[Lorenzo]

by: A. Lorenzo Lucino Jr.

Have you touched the wall of His strength?
Your heart is troubled, sure, only because it has been empty
Fill it then, beloved, fill it with the milk and honey of His Everlasting Glory
Truth

Your mind is troubled,
for you worry much on things that do not last
the things of this world has no permanence
Only that which is out of this world truly reigns

Take mind the falling leaves of fall
their colors change, they rise, and fall,
and dispersed upon the land with the sifting of seasons
Permanence is not there

So place not your confidence on which is unstable,
not of the earth,
not his footstool,
But on He who created all things.
You shall not buckle nor fall, truly

Encourage yourself knowing this,
For there is beauty in this
