It is just a matter of curiosity... I would rather have the people talk than use my discretion....; kay kamo man gud ang makasulti based on your experiences kung kinsa ang mga hawod gyod in the area of Human Resources in the corporate world and/or government institutions?

HR is dominated by women... based sa akong experience. men sa administrative, while gays not so "qualified" sa HR because they are branded as "emotionally unstable"..but this should not be the case....

dapat equal tanan....

the branding of " emotionally unstable " sa mga gays probably was a notion of yesterday when the concept of emotional intelligence was nowhere to be found... but what is happening now, people does not talk anymore about identities and sexual preferences but on competencies....

I would say women. In the university that i teach as an adjunct professor, most of the HR personnel are women. In the hospital were I also work, most of the HR are women. :)
