Good day!    I happened to live in Garcia Hernandez, Bohol. I know live Canada.  Nag highschool ko sa SJBA( I forgot the yr.-he.he.he) I work in the convent with former parish priest Fr. Billy Onyot. I used to go Tabuan occasionally for masses. Many could help you if you will mention the name of your father or the complete names of their family tree. I'm sure many folk knows if there's still aroung. or I can help you how and where to look public information. I just  happen to browse this website by the way.  And I saw quite familiar names in the town council which are my highschool classmate.   

Also, I agree the suggestions of folks in Germany.  Mabuhay, Ug Kumusta ninjo tanan.
