Inventors of Digital cameras and Internet, awarded Nobel Prize in Physics

[hofelina]

The birth and expansion of Internet has brought down the boundaries that kept people  from sharing extensive information between each other,  cyber-friendship, networking among business associates, etcetera.
The big advantage of digital cameras is that making photos is both inexpensive and fast because there is no film processing. We are thankful of these inventors and now they are awarded the Nobel prize in physics;

Three scientists who corralled light to transform our communications systems share this year's physics Nobel Prize.

Charles Kao is lauded for his work in the UK in helping to develop fibre optic cables, the thin threads of glass that carry phone and net data as light.

Willard Boyle and George Smith, both North Americans, are recognised for their part in the invention of the charge-coupled device, or CCD.

This light detector initiated the digital camera revolution.

The discovery of the digital cameras change a lot in photograpy business. Its resluts in fast, easy and cheap copying of photos. Non digital cameras now are junked because they are outmodeled. This is one of the greatest invention of the century. Thus , compatible with ICT's.

what about the man who invented tb?

[fdaray]

Calle..., it's Mike Ligalig who invented TB. HE deserves a Nobel Prize.
Who else help in the discovery of TB, the fast growing website.?

[TOPAC]

i know it was mike. i was just asking if he could be honored in the same way that the abovenamed inventors were honored by nobel foundation.

[hofelina]

He will be awarded the alternative Nobel Peace Prize!

[TOPAC]

who will give the award? peace? daghan man naggubat diri sa tb... hehehe
