My parents heard about this ‘Englisch Canada’ program (spoken in German) that teaches the English language in a very a relaxing way and they’re considering sending my sister there in the future. I’m curious to know if there are other parents here having kids who have experienced the program.

I reviewed this thread, there is nothing new here, it is about learning english and passing TOEFL, Test on English as a Foreign Language. Here in Germany it is recognize by the IHK ( Industire & Handels Kammer) Chamber of commerce and in privately gives you the chance to teach english.

'Canadian Speak' refers to their accent. Canadian accent sounds quite similar to the accents spoken in Montana, North & South Dakota etc (the midwestern states).
