What is Your Favorite TV Ad?

This morning after work, I watched tv while eating, and this ad's opening got my attention,

. It was a girl (about 4-5 y.o) trying to play her piano with her little legs swinging back and forth (she cant reach the floor). She always gets off key after the 3rd-4th note, and she shows her frustration like slumping or airing out a big sigh, and then on the background is the voice of her dad encouraging her to try again. On the third try she gave up and ran towards their sofa and hid her face in shame. Again, her dad's voice calling out "cge na baby, kya mo yan"

so she gets up, goes to the piano again (with her legs swinging again) and with a moment's hesistancy, she tried to play until she got it,.. she showed a toothy smile and got off the bench and ran to the phone..

there was a pic of her dad (abroad) and she was like
"daddy na rinig mo yun? "
"oo baby ang galing mo!! "
" daddy gusto mo play ako ulit?"


ohhhh heartbreaking!!!   after i saw it, i secretly glanced at my apartmentmate who was also watching.. her eyes were teary too!!  lols!

i think no one here buys sad advertisements...

i like funny ads a lot!

that is one reason i watch tv, to watch funny ads!

kay ate, they dont have overseas moms and dads man that's why sad advertisements dont sell..and most of the sad advertisements here really portrays a family working abroad..

you know how filipinos are.. even telenovela characters really sell out on their advertised product lols~
