Celebrating its 39th year, the Bonok-Bonok Maradjaw Karadjaw Festival is back, and it's bigger than ever!

Let's honor the Patron Saint of Surigao City, San Nicolas de Tolentino, with boundless enthusiasm as we come together for the Bonok-Bonok Maradjaw Karadjaw Festival!

This year's festival theme is "Kultura Surigaonon, Isadjaw! Isangyaw!" – a vibrant celebration of our Surigaonon culture and traditions.

The Bonok-Bonok 2023 showdown is divided into two exciting categories:
Bonok-Bonok Based (open to city-based schools and barangays of Surigao City)
Bonok-Bonok Festival of Festivals (open to schools and LGUs within or outside the Province of Surigao del Norte).

Don't miss this incredible opportunity to showcase your school's or barangay's talent and passion! Register at the Surigao City Tourism and Cultural Affairs Office before August 15, 2023, and submit the listed requirements to secure your spot!

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. - John 3:16-18
