True Doctor of the Poor. Enrico Elumba was a physician who spent most of his professional life taking care of patients in the town of La Castellana. Former Negros Occidental Governor Rafael Coscolluela recalls him as a doctor who accepted anything from his poor patients. Elumba, former mayor of La Castellana town, died yesterday evening of cardiac arrest while being brought to a hospital.
