I am excessively work oriented. At times I can appear very arrogant and 'bossy' regarding colleagues and students. It is not my intent to be arrogant, but I guess it comes out that way whenever I'm at work in lab, or lecturing in the laboratory. I am a 'by the book' type when it comes to work and studies. Some of my colleagues find that a flaw about me, however, I am not looking to impress them. I do what I must in order to excel and succeed in class. Am selfish in that retrospect. 

At work and when concerning studying, I am very strict. Exceedingly so
After work or when I'm free, I'm more interpersonal. Approachable.

Bayat, I got almost the same sickness.  Swerte ta, di ba?  As long as, we will not forget to flush the toilet after using.  Our banana  wouldn't  shout out loud "LOVE IS ON THE AIR"
