It is more safe to use charcoal than LPG.
It is more safe to use electric stove than LPG.
But the best is prevention and control.
And the first is presence of mind.

[bol-anon nga cebuano]

make sure no octupos connections at home.
make sure you know the load at home for your circuit breakers.
make sure that you have fire extinguishers at home. it can prevent the fire from spreading. it's like the first aid to help save your home. but the most potent, don't panic. panic can kill.

Panahon sa brown out, dili maggamit ug kandila. Pagbalik  ug siga sa suga,
malimtan  na pagpalong ang kandila. Kon maopos mosiga ang iyang gitindugan
ug maoy hinogdan sa sunog. Suga nga lamparilya ang maayong gamiton.

[bol-anon nga cebuano]

makandila ug lamparilya basta dili magmatngon ang naggamit masunog ra gihapon. mao bisan unsa pa inyong gamitong suga kung mag brownout basta dili kahibaw mag amping ug magmatngon, sunog lang gihapon. mao nga ang dobleng pag amping ug pagmatngon maoy gikinahanglan.

[slackware]

Use mosquito net.
