Dried fish. The infiltration pond of the Jaclupan facilities of the Metro Cebu Water District in Talisay City has dried up because of the rainless weeks due to El Nino killing all the tilapia, a freshwater fish. It cannot be replenished because the Mananga River, from where it has sourced its water, has also dried up, says MCWD public affairs manager Charmaine Kara. (Sun.Star Photo/Alex Badayos)
