Nagtanyag ang Population Commission (PopCom) Region 10 og libreng tubal ligation ug libreng vasectomy- alang sa dili na gusto madugangan ang mga manganak.

Gisaysay ni PopCom Director Lydio Español, nga kini nga programa adunay tumong sa pamilya nga dili na buot madugangan ang mga anak, tungod sa kalisod sa panginabuhian.

Matud ni Español, himuon ang libreng layget ug kapon sulod sa NMMC- Northern Mindanao Medical Center gikan ning buwana hangtud sa Desyembre 2014.

Kung kinsa matud pa ang interesado niini nga programa dalikyat lamang sa buhatan sa PopCom Region 10 o kaha itawag sa telepono 858-5409 alang sa dugang impormasyon ug kasayoran.

hinaot unta nga apil aning programaha ang mga iring.  my cats are all neutered; mahal-mahal baya pod intawon ang bayad.  kalami na lang kun libre pod unta.
