On the ANC 24/7 Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/ANCalerts), Rey Salas identified these three children as his nephew and nieces. They are the children of his sister, Ma. Arlene Salas-Hernandez.

The family lives at #62 Lopez Jaena Street, Brgy. 1&4, Tacloban City.

Rey Salas' request to rescuers: "Please check all the Salas, Tingzon, Penaranda's families in that address. "
