Yes Bran, need gyud ang taas nga patience kung ang usa ka tao gusto magmaestra.. pero sa panahon karon, grabe ka labad sa mga bata heheeh dili na nimo pwede mailad mawad-an gyud ug pasensya ang mga teachers mao usahay makapasakit ug bata.. pero naa pod teachers, nga way nahibaw-an mao ng magsige na lang pod ug pangabuso sa mga bata... sweldo ra ilang giapas ana, wala na learning mga bata ug wala pod sila'y classroom management.. naa ko'y kauban dati sa office, wala ko kapugong natubag gyud nako siya.. dili gyud siya education graduate nag earn lang siya ug teaching units then na in siya as teacher.. First day of school, ni ana siya sa amo, "hala oi, unsa'y buhaton nako dili man ko kabalo unsaon pagstart sa klase"... nakaingon gyud ko sa iya ug, Patuga-tuga ka ug take ug maestra unya dili ka kabalo motudlo unya wala pa gyud kay classroom management? he he he, that shows us the difference between theory and clinicals. one has to implement the theory and learning in the books into the work setting. pariho ra pod sa medicine. a doctor can be really smart in the books , but if he or she has poor bed side manners, then he or she will be ineffective in the clinical setting.

you were right in telling your acquaintance that. honesty may hurt, but it helps in being the precursor for effecting positive change. i hope your acquaintance at work did make the necessary changes to be a good teacher with proper management skills. it's all about behavioral modification...
