I don't have the complete details of this story. I got a newspaper clip from discoverbohol.com. Here's the portion of the controversial story: City Councilor Danilo Bantugan vs Board Member Ae Damalerio.

Let them quarrel with the most hostile words, as parliamentarians do in the halls of government.
Anyway, the books will justify it as a quarrel "in aid of legislation",  ;D   ;D   ;D
