Mao ni kuha sa akong iphone sa niaging bagyo ug baha last August 29, 2012 (nga mao sab ang ika-7 anibersary sa Hurricane Katrina in 2005) ako lang ge enhance aron ma klaro-klaro gamay. Ni subside na ang tubig sa among lugar, gabii nibalik na ang kuryente and utilities (tubig, cable, internet). Pero sa ubang lugar sa New Orleans, duna pay mga suburb ug lungsod nga literally nalunod (submerged in water just as worse as the flooding of Hurricane Katrina in 2005). Please continue to pray for the people of New Orleans... nga wala pa gani ka recover from the 2005 great flood.

Si Inday naghinay-hinay bagtas padung sa simbahan ug sa Bayou; wala ko modayon
kay nisugod nag lapas ang tubig sa akong boots nga puti bwahaha. Plus, there was a warning
from civil authorities to watch for poisonous snakes and alligator, nga daghan jamo diri  ;D

Ang masakiton (bag-o pang nag surgery) nagpabuyag... nibalik jud kung asa tong baha

Oo kada tuig. Biggest of them in recent year was Hurricane Katrina flood in 2005 (Remember that one? Even before Ondoy?). Unlike the Philippines, kada tuig mga tawo diri (this part of the countr, meaning, kanang gapa atbang sa Gulf of Mexico) mo evacuate basta adunay warning of a looming hurricane or big thunderstorms. But also unlike the Philippines, daghan diri ug pumps ang river basin mao nga dili kaayo tanto dugay ang baha, unless it's a levee or dam failure.

Hehehe ika 10th day na nuon ni, out of 14 days nga gihatag sa doctor nga recovery time, unya back to mending again yesterday kay when I tried cleaning my place naluya man ko dayon morag hapit mautas ug gipaningot bugnaw hahaha. Na dehydrate man tingale ko kay wa paman koy kaon2x in 12 days sukad pag opera except my liquid meal (unya dili pa jud ko mindful of taking it every 15 minutes). Da tua korog-korog lagi hahaha!!!  But I'm better now, of course.

goodness me, ajaw tawon pa-dehydrate fr chic kay lisod nga dehydrated ka pero gaalirong ang baha.  how anachronistic if one goes thirsty in the midst of plenty.  jawk. ;D

ps. To everyone here in TB, when i had an EB with Fr. Roel in 2010, he threw a basketball into the net and it went in. He didn't even try. lol. Then I found out that Fr. Roel was a baskeball player kono in high school. :P

Keep in mind your body. Please make sure to drink your liquid diet on a regular basis because ma hypoglycemic ka. Hypoglycemia sigoro toh mao to nga hapit ka nag korogkorong ka adtong time-a.

Ma worried pod ta nimo. Take it easy. Hoping you're doing better. :)

I just came from Walmart to buy Vitamin Water, Gatorade and V8. Syarog ma dehydrate pa hehehe. Thanks for the reminder!!!  ;)
