Mahimo sad butangan ug  "tu" sa tunga...it's Sutukil meaning sugba-tula-kilaw
sa Mactan  nga seafood restaurant, lami gyud kaayo.. ;D

oh man! i miss eating this when i was in the philippines. the people there truly know how to make really good food!
