maybe because filipinos living abroad just don't care about choosing their leaders at home?

gihimo lang hinoong rason ang ofws sa mga politicians (legislators, specifically) nga mag-junket kay nangumpanya diay to.  magpahumot sa ofws at government expense. 

tan-awa karon si manny villar nga usa sa kusog mopaporma sa ofws, nag-propose na ug department for ofws.   another layer, another bureaucratic hurdle.  dugangan ug laing agency ang tahakonon ug ofw gawas sa existing dole, poea, owwa, dfa, ug unsa pa diha?  crazy.

some blame their leaders at home for failed policies, the reason why they're away from their families.  no matter who they vote for, some say, things won't improve much in the near future, so why vote for anyone at all?
