Ang Womens and Children Protection Desk (WCPD) nitambag sa biktima nga magpatambal sa doktor ug magpamedical check-up aron pormal nga mapasakaan og kaso ang suspek.

Gidala ang biktima sa Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) human usab kini nakaangkon og bun-og dihang gibira-bira sa suspetsado. SVB Gipatik sa mantalaang SuperBalita Cagayan de Oro Nobiembre 01, 2011.
