Sa ting timbang pa nag ampo di maapil sa lista (kay unsay pagtuo wa mi gikaon sa amoa hehehe)unya dakong pagmahay nga nagtan aw adtong nagbalik balik ug kaon everyday sa lugaw nga perting lamia jud siguro to nganong wa maapil ug kamalnourished heheheh.
Hangtud karon nagtiyam tiyam pa jud ko naghunahuna ug unsa jud kahay lami adtong lugawa nga sinagulan ug gatas unya 1/4 sa imong classmate nangaon ikaw tua ka nagtan aw sa kilid kay lagi wa ka maapil sa lista sa malnourished. Nangagho sa kaugalingon dang ingon "Nganong wa ko na malnourished makakaon unta ko anang ilang gikaon.
