it looks like your daily saints thread had your last entry on may 14.  well, i'm just a creature of habit.  it seems something's different if one is so used to something that's expected, especially on a daily basis such as your saints thread.  it's nice to know though that there are those who've picked up your thread.  still i miss your name there.

Yes, I met Manay by chance aboard Weesam.  I was about to call the attendant to complain about someone grabbing my seat, when the culprit stood up, broke into the sweetest, most irresistible smile and gave me a hug introducing herself as "Manay Tess." Mura gyud ug dugay na mi magkaila. We later retreated to the unoccupied seats at the back and spent the next two hours in a very engaging conversation--you bet, partly about all of you in this thread--islander, hubag bohol, father chic, virgil and anna. Mas bata diay si Manay sa personal.

maayo pa mo kay nagkita mo ni Manay. i was really hoping to see her last july pero tungod sa ka-busy, wla gyud tawn...

how are you ? i'm happy to see that you had a spontaneous /random eb with manay tess. truly, this woman is a good lady with an infectious laugh. i met manay 2 times last year. the first time when i invited her to my father's house in tagbilaran. the second time when i met her again in tagbilaran airport. she whistled at me. lol. we both sat together while waiting for air airplane to manila. it was an instant conversation for an hour or so before our planes came. she has a lot of stories to tell, and a lot of spirit in her. a really good woman. down to earth and very direct.
