(Monday, May 9, 2011) This what I did yesterday on my day-off: fly over Slidell and Bayou Liberty upon invitation of a parishioner, pilot and skydiving instructor, Charlie Porter, so I can take some video shots of our church construction, the surrounding Bayou and the City of Slidell. It truly was an amazing view from the top. I wish I had more than a small digicam (LoL). After the flight I went to get me a single whopper at B.K. and then proceeded to watch THOR in 3D for some more flying  ;D

After the flight, I passed by Burker King to get me a single whopper and then proceeded to watch THOR 3D for more flying...  ;D

And I believe that it is a great design and commend the committee for picking it! When will the church's opening mass be? I'll see if I can attend it...
