(Alger Dura)

ang tinuod albularyo di mangayo ug kantidad kay madaot ilang healing power kuno kun sagolan ug materialism.  mao nga kadaghanang albularyo wa kaayoy asenso kay ila mang isakripisyo ang material aspect sa ilang kinabuhi.  any donation will do hinoon, morag limos nga ibutang sa collection can agig tabang ug pasalamat, kay di na man intawon kapangitag tarong nga trabaho ang albularyo labi na tong taas kaayog linya ang mga pasyente.  mao nga suspect na ning albularyoha daan tungod kay nisitar ug kantidad.
Republic Act 8485 (Animal Welfare Act of 1998, Philippines), as amended and strengthened by House  Bill 6893 of 2013--- violation means a maximum of P250,000 fine with a corresponding three-year jail term and a minimum of P30,000 fine and six months imprisonment
