what's salcon?

Ms. C2, if I am not mistaken, Salcon is a power company - partly a subsidiary of Indonesia's Salcon Ltd.  They are into rehabilitating, among other engagements, sa mga power generating plants.   Isa yata sa ilang mga projects kanang Naga Power Plant Complex.
