UMAASA si Muntinlupa City Lone District Representative Rodolfo Biazon  na hindi mauuwi sa mass leave at judicial revolt  ng mga mambabatas ang panghihimasok at pagpigil ng Korte Suprema sa pag-usad ng impeachment proceedings sa kamara de representantes laban kay Ombudsman Merceditas Gutierrez.

Ayon sa mambabatas, ang pagtalakay ng impeachment laban kay Gutierrez ay alinsunod sa tinatawag na constitutional mandate ng kongreso na hindi maaring hadlangan ng kataas-taasang hukuman.

Dagdag pa ng kongresista na maikokonsidera na pinag-isa ang dalawang impeachment complaint laban kay Gutierrez dahil sabay itong ipinasa sa House Committee on Justice nang talakayin ito sa plenaryo.

Nagbabala naman si Deputy Speaker Rep. Lorenzo Tañada III na kung magtutuloy-tuloy ang panghihimasok ng Korte Suprema sa trabaho ng kamara, maaari itong maging dahilan ng “constitutional crisis".

Ngunit matatandaang kahapon ay nagpahayag si House Speaker Feliciano Belmonte na susundin nila ang utos ng Korte Suprema na ipagpaliban ang pagdinig sa impeachment complaint laban kay Gutierrez bilang respeto sa “co-equal branch" ng pamahalaan. - rmn

whaaat?  already behaving like bloodthirsty brats?  i hope they do just that, a mass walkout, and not come back.  does it mean that legislators can defy the supreme court just because they're asking for somebody's head?

Garbage in and garbage out, what a constitutional jackaas joke, they are the mountain of problems of the philippines, nothing constructive about this people. Mind you after this debacle they gonna be rubbing shoulders again and say hi buddy how are you? so to me a big lie and joke.
