The future president of the Philippines has just turned 50, but some say he looks years older. Have you ever wondered what presidential frontâ€"runner Benigno “Noynoy" Aquino III would look like if he had a makeover? Known for his frugal nature and noâ€"nonsense approach to style, Aquino probably won’t spend a dime, much less undergo a cosmetic procedure, to change his looks. But if he’s going to be the face of the Philippines for the next six years, it won’t hurt to look the part of a youthful president who is expected to be the country’s new superhero.

GMANews.TV sought insights from well-known cosmetic surgeon Dr. Vicky Belo to give Aquino a virtual makeover. Belo thinks a few minor procedures to enhance the senator’s appearance could help improve his image. “It is important that Noynoy looks approachable. We don’t want a president looking worried all the time," Belo said. - GMA News

Hmmmm...I myself wondering how Noy Aquino looks like after Belo engineered his physical features.

let him look as is as he was voted into office as is and not as how he should be improved physically.

i personally won't take any advice from a physically improved cosmetic expert who looks so artificial herself, she may as well be a cyborg.  (never mind her controversial boy toy who seems to be part of her beauty accessories whose acquisition she reportedly 'bought' with a multimillion condominium.)

if looks matter for the occupant of the highest office of the land, someone should have suggested that our outgoing president had needed to be stretched vertically.

it is enough that our president must look dignified.

that's right islander.. P-Noy enter politics not showbiz. Me I dont see anything bad to his looks. Every time I see P-Noy I remembered His Father and His Mother.. I remembered the contribution of his parents to our country.
