Cooking is one of the things I love to do. In fact, people talked about some of my recipes. I love to cook from scratch.

I am excellent in meat dishes, not much with desserts. They love my "Lauja" even doctors, said forget the cholesterol, let's enjoy and eat.

When I celebrated a fiesta in my house in honor of Sto. Niño last January, I have about 80 guests and I have maybe close to 80 entrees, most are home cooking. People went crazy with the foods and it became a conversation piece in our office and in my Fil-circles.

My circles are culturally diversed but, they love the foods.
