Look at Villar now, he first issued a black propaganda against noynoy and it caused his survey ratings to drop down at a very low level because everything boomeranged back to him since it was found out that the same was not true. This is true.. 240 peso bills included in chatto/cajes sample ballots. I saw bout 3 of them. Good they accepted but they told me it doesn't mean they will vote for these people. Its Boholanos money anyways. Get the money but vote for whoever deserves it..
