"Americans eat too fast," he says. "By the time your body signals that it's full, you've overeaten. Eating slower is a good weight-loss strategy, and making food spicier is an easy way to do it."

I agree! usa na ni akong house mate diri! sigi gadali! bisan pag naa sa 5 star. I learned to be a fast eater to compete with him but i stopped way ahead of time ralaks gamay para dessert! hahaha!

Mao nay akong sakit... 100 MPH ko basta pakals na. Usahay makalimot kog brake bwahaha!!!

Although naay unleaded nga insulin gahuwat sa Gas Station bwahahaha!!!
