Poles typically spend only 5 percent of their family budget on eating out. According to U.S. Department of Agriculture statistics, the average American family spends 37 percent of its food dollars at restaurants and fast-food joints. To save money and pounds, start tracking how often you eat out and how much you spend each month, and gradually cut back. "People who don't cook at home tend to eat less healthy food and be heavier than people who do," says journalist and activist Michael Pollan. "In fact, the collapse of cooking in a society tracks very closely its rise in obesity."

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. - John 3:16-18

Totally agree ko ani. Sad thing most people karong panahuna wa na kabalo unsay lami sa home cook meal kay puro na t.v dinner ang gusto or order lang pizza or kaon permi sa restaurant. Boring man siguro ni every day ka kaon sa restaurant unya ma memorize na nimo ang menu hehehhe.
I cook our three meals everyday and enjoy doing it. I want the best for my family.
Try mo ug kaon anang t.v dinner kanang igo ra i microwave naay silay mga veggies pero murag nagkaon kag cardboard.

people are getting busier and busier and produce in tha market is getting more ang more expensive. Mao sad na ako ingon ni banana kay panagsa ra man ko mag luto kay kami raman duha ug asa mi magutmi adto ra sad mo mokaon. I know by heart that those foods are not even good compared to home cook. Most of all when you eat in most chain restaurants mga pre cooked na na ila tanan mga pagkaon. I only learned this two years ago when my Casino chief friend sa LV told me about it. in those chain rest you are most likely munching meats from big producers like mexico and china! remember the circulated emails about their sick chicken???  ;D that is why when we eat out i would choose to eat in small home cooking style restaurants.

So peeps limit your dinner out. Im trying to cook as much as i can. But my excuse in winter time that I  hate to smell food in my kitchen adn in the whole house. kay lagi sirado man ang mga bintana.

when you choose to eat outside, you might be eating a mystery meat too  ;D
