i think for this budget, you will be hard up to find a beach house.  if you mean per day....than it is okey. than persons are limited to 6 persons in Alona beach.
had  rented before 2007-2008 for 2 weeks a big house (4 rooms with own shower and bathroom) for 30 thousand pesos (you will bring with you from spoon to water and everything what you need. if you like to stay in the City proper of Tagbilaran...please contact junayag, a TB member.  he can help you.

Bohol is getting expensive at the meantime.

thanks for the reply,i know it is quite expensive already but we are just hoping to find even a small native house.we are currently renting on one right now which is cheaper than 15k but we cant stand the noise of the people playing basketball .thats why we are wanting to find one that is peacefull.thank you

we are not looking on renting a house inside a resort,we are looking for a house just by itself,residential that is.hope someone knows a place and can recommend it to us,thanks all

oh.....i see! i thought you will rent it for short vacation purposes.  sorry, i have no idea about this.  probably, you could find a reliable infos  from mouth to mouth propaganda! good luck!

You might also consider posting a small ad at the Bohol Chronicle for its Sunday issue. You will certainly get feedbacks. Just provide your phone and email in the newspaper ad.
