Can you recommend a nice barbershop in Tagbilaran, Bohol?
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son (Jesus Christ), that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. - John 3:16-18

Depends on what you need. Ultimately, it's in the hands of the barber doing your service.
If you want it straight and with down and gritty barbershop talk (politics, current events and what have you) on the side - Bill Romo
Straight service,  little backrub after, less barbershop talk (the younger ones don't talk much) - Triple S at CPG Ave.
Straight service, little backrub after, no barbershop talk (mostly young barbers) - Jems at ICM
Shampoo, backmassage (by lady attendant), haircut, no talk, then shampoo - David's Saloon at ICM
